❌ Custom Orders

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders, unless an error occurred on our end.

Custom orders may include (but are not limited to):

• Personalized or made-to-order tea or coffee blends

• Custom packaging or labeling

• Specially requested flavor or ingredient combinations
   

If you received the incorrect item due to an internal error, we will promptly correct the issue.

Many of our products are handcrafted and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. We strongly encourage local customers (in the Garner, NC, and surrounding area) to visit our tea shop to smell and taste available blends before placing a custom order. This helps ensure you know exactly what you're getting—and love it.
